返品・返金の条件について

• 商品に不備があった場合、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。商品到着後、7日以内にご連絡が行われなかった場合、返品申し込みを受け付けられない場合がありますので予めご了承ください。
• モニターカラー及びイメージと異なる等、お客様都合による返品及び一度ご使用になった商品の返品、交換はお受けできません。
• クーリングオフ制度は、通信販売には適用されません。

返品送料

商品の破損、サイズ違い、その他、当社の不手際により不備が発生した場合は、当社にて送料を負担させていただきます。着払いにて下記の返送先住所までご送付ください。なお、事前にお問い合わせがない場合、返品は受けかねますのでご注意ください。

Regarding return and refund conditions

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Please note that if we do not contact you within 7 days after receiving the product,

we may not be able to accept your return request. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used once due to customer circumstances such as color differences from the monitor color or image.

The cooling-off system does not apply to mail order sales.

If the product is damaged, the wrong size, or any other defect occurs due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs. Please send your return by cash on delivery to the return address below. Please note that we will not accept items returned without contacting us in advance.
